DMCA & Content Removal Policy

If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice through our contact page including all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
• identification of the material and its URL on this Site;
• your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the material and, where practicable, notify the party who supplied it. Incomplete notices may be disregarded.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. We terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
