This guide is published by the Peters family of businesses, led by Nicholas and Miriam Peters of Charlotte. Those businesses include Peters & Associates (real estate), Peters Custom Homes, Peters Signature Homes, Emerald & Oak Design, Peters Audio Video, and Peters Signature Travel.
How we mention our own companies
When a chapter touches real estate, building, interiors, or home technology, we may mention the related Peters company. Those mentions are our own services, not independent endorsements. No official connection
Despite its web address, this is not an official website of The Point, its homeowners or property owners association, its developer, or Trump National Golf Club Charlotte, and none of them has approved it. Club membership, fees, dock permits, and community rules can change — confirm them directly with the association, the club, Duke Energy's Lake Services, and the Town of Mooresville before relying on them.
