Privacy Policy
We keep data collection to a minimum. This policy explains what is collected, why, how it is used, and the rights you have over it.
01Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to this website only. It does not apply to third-party websites, associations, clubs, brokerages, or businesses we reference or link to, each of which has its own policies and practices.
02Information we collect
- Information you provide. Name, email address, phone number, and any message content you choose to include when you contact us.
- Automatically collected technical data. IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected by our hosting provider for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
- Cookies and local storage. Strictly necessary items plus your saved cookie preference. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect government identifiers, financial account numbers, health data, precise geolocation, or other sensitive personal information. Please do not send such information to us.
03How inquiries are handled
Inquiry forms on this Site open your own email application and send your message to a single designated inquiry address. Your message is delivered by your email provider, not stored in a database by this Site. We use inquiry information solely to respond to you and to provide the information or services you requested.
04How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
05Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent (for non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (site security, abuse prevention, and responding to your inquiry), performance of steps taken at your request prior to entering an agreement, and compliance with legal obligations.
06Sharing and disclosure — we do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may disclose information only:
- to service providers who host and secure the Site, bound to protect it;
- with an affiliated specialist when you specifically ask to be connected;
- when required by law, subpoena, or lawful government request;
- to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or protect rights and safety;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to this policy.
07Retention
We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business, tax, and legal records, then delete or de-identify it. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.
08Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and minimal data collection. However, no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You transmit information at your own risk.
09Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to withdraw consent; to opt out of sale, sharing, or profiling (we do none of these); and to be free from retaliation for exercising these rights.
California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; EEA and UK residents under the GDPR; and residents of other states with comparable laws have similar rights. Submit requests through our contact page and we will verify and respond within the timeframe required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authorization.
10Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not use cross-site tracking advertising cookies. Where a Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out preference signal is detected, we treat it as a request to decline non-essential cookies.
11Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
12International visitors
The Site is operated in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
13Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Privacy questions and rights requests may be submitted through our contact page.
