How to read the peninsula.
The Point occupies a peninsula on the eastern shore of Lake Norman in Mooresville, North Carolina, with water on several sides and the golf course running through its interior. That shape explains most of what matters here: some lots face the open lake, others sit on quieter coves, others look across fairways, and interior streets sit between them.
