See it the way residents do.

A private, unhurried tour of the peninsula — by land, and where possible, from the water.

The Point does not photograph the way it feels. Scale, water depth, afternoon light, and the quiet of a weekday morning only register in person.

A private tour is an orientation, not a sales appointment. There is no obligation, no pressure, and no listing pitch.

What a tour covers.

  • The peninsula: entries, road hierarchy, and how the community is organized
  • The four position types — deep water, cove, golf frontage, and interior
  • Shoreline character, cove orientation, and how docks sit on the water
  • The golf corridor and the clubhouse setting, from the community side
  • Architecture: what has aged well, and what is being built now
  • Drive times to Mooresville, I-77, uptown Charlotte, and the airport

How to prepare.

Come with your non-negotiables written down — water depth, view direction, square footage, drive time, and whether golf matters to you. Two hours is a realistic minimum; a half day is better.

Weekday mornings show the community at its calmest. Summer weekends show the water at its busiest. If you can, see both.

What a tour is not.

Access to gated areas, club facilities, and any private property is controlled by the applicable association, club, and owners — not by this website. We cannot grant entry, membership, or amenity access, and nothing about a tour implies approval by any association or club.

A tour is also not an offer, a listing presentation, or advice about any specific property.

Requesting one.

Send a short note with your timing, what you are trying to understand, and whether you would like to see the shoreline from the water. You will receive a direct reply — no drip campaign, no call center, no list.

Common Questions

Answers, before you ask.

Is there any cost or obligation?

No. A private tour is complimentary, informational, and carries no obligation of any kind.

Can I tour the golf club?

Access to club facilities is controlled entirely by Trump National Golf Club Charlotte and requires their arrangement. We cannot grant club access.

Can we see the shoreline from the water?

Where weather, season, and boat availability allow, yes — seeing coves, depth, and dock orientation from the water is by far the most informative part of a visit.

How long should I set aside?

Two hours covers the essentials. A half day lets you see the community, the water, the surrounding towns, and test drive times at realistic hours.

Will I be added to a mailing list?

No. Your message goes directly to a single inquiry address and is used only to respond to you.
